Response time: Usually within 24 hours.

Restore Pro purchase: Open MeRecov → Settings → Restore. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple/Google account used to buy it.
Recovery tips: Run a scan as soon as possible after deleting files — the sooner you scan, the higher the chance of recovery.
Duplicate cleanup: Review the selected duplicates before tapping delete; removed items go to your device's trash where available.
Files stay private: All scanning and recovery is done on-device; nothing is uploaded to a server.
Export issues: Make sure MeRecov has permission to save files to your device's storage or photo library.
