  1. Acceptance of terms

    By downloading and using aucut, you agree to the terms below.

  2. Description of service

    aucut is an audio editing tool that runs entirely on-device: trim, merge, convert format (m4a/wav/mp3), reduce background noise, and clean up voice memos. The app requires no account and never connects to a server to process your files.

  3. User content

    You are responsible for any audio/video files you process with aucut, including ensuring you have the necessary legal rights to that content (copyright, other people's privacy in a recording, etc.). aucut does not store or access this content beyond local, on-device processing.

  4. Pro features

    Certain features (Noise reduction, Merge, Voice memo clean) require unlocking Pro via a one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription), processed through the App Store / Google Play under those platforms' payment terms. Purchases can be restored via "Restore" in Settings on the same Apple/Google account used to buy it.

  5. Disclaimer of warranty

    aucut is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind that the software is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. You should back up your original files before processing them.

  6. Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by law, WLab is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including data loss.

  7. Changes to these terms

    These terms may be updated from time to time; the latest version will be reflected in the app.
