  1. Fully on-device processing

    Every operation — trim, merge, format conversion, and noise reduction — runs directly on your device using FFmpeg. The audio/video files you select are never uploaded to the internet or to any server.

  2. No data collection

    aucut does not track usage behavior, does not use analytics tools, and does not share data with third parties.

  3. File access

    The app only requests permission to pick a file (audio/video) and save a result when you actively tap "Choose file" or "Save file" — used solely for that action, with no background access.

  4. Pro purchase

    Unlocking Pro is a one-time transaction processed through the App Store / Google Play; payment information is handled by those platforms under their own policies. aucut never sees or stores your card details.

  5. Children

    aucut is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from this age group.

  6. Changes to this policy

    This policy may be updated as the app changes. The latest version is always available in the app under Settings > Privacy.
