This policy covers the Noise Meter app for iPhone (騒音計 in Japanese), including its display on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island (Live Activity), and any email you send us for support. Noise Meter is provided by WGroup (“we”, “us”) and requires iOS 17 or later.
Nothing, through the app. We never receive your recordings, sound levels, places, notes, calibration or settings. Noise Meter creates no account, there is no Noise Meter server to send anything to, and the app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software. That is why its App Store privacy label says Data Not Collected.
The only information we may receive is what you write to us by email (section 10) and what Apple provides to developers (section 8). Tapping a link in Settings → Sources opens that public page in Safari; Noise Meter itself sends nothing.
Noise Meter asks for microphone access so that it can measure sound levels. It analyses the sound as it arrives and keeps only the numbers it calculates: for each second, the equivalent level (Leq), the maximum and the minimum. The sound itself is never recorded, stored or sent.
iOS shows its microphone indicator while Noise Meter is measuring. You can turn microphone access off at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
Everything Noise Meter keeps is stored in the app’s own storage on your iPhone, protected by the encryption iOS applies to app data:
Noise Meter does not sync any of this to iCloud, and never sends it to us or to anyone else. Whether you own Full Features is kept by iOS (section 5).
Full Features is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase made through Apple’s App Store. It adds CSV and PDF export and background recordings of up to 12 hours; measuring, history, calibration and share cards are free either way. There is no subscription and no free trial.
Apple handles the payment: Noise Meter never sees your card or your Apple Account details, and learns from Apple only the price of Full Features and whether it is owned. iOS keeps your purchase on your iPhone, so Full Features works offline. Restore Purchase asks Apple again, for example on a new iPhone. These App Store requests (the price, purchase updates, buying and restoring) are the only times Noise Meter goes online.
A share card is an image of a recording, or of the last few minutes on the Meter, with the date, time and levels, how they were measured and the iPhone model, plus the place, chart and note if you leave them on. Share… hands it to whatever you pick in the iOS share sheet. Save Image adds it to your Photos library; for that, iOS asks for permission to add photos. Noise Meter never reads your photos.
With Full Features, CSV and PDF files go to the share sheet in the same way: you choose whether to save them to Files, send them by AirDrop or Mail, or anything else. The PDF also shows how the recording was measured, including the iPhone model.
If you back up your iPhone with iCloud Backup or to a computer, iOS includes Noise Meter’s recordings in that backup, as it does for most apps. The backup belongs to you and is handled by Apple or kept on your computer; we cannot access it.
While you record, the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island show the current level and the elapsed time. Anyone who can see your screen can read them. To turn this off: Noise Meter’s Settings → Live Activity.
If you allow notifications, Noise Meter uses them for one thing only: to tell you when a free recording has stopped at its background time limit. The notification is created on your iPhone; nothing goes through a server.
If you have turned on Share With App Developers (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may give us crash reports and usage statistics for Noise Meter. They come from Apple, not from the app, and contain technical details such as your iPhone model, iOS version and what the app was doing when it crashed — never your recordings. You can turn this off at any time in the same place. Apple also gives developers aggregated App Store figures such as download counts, which do not identify you.
Your recordings are on your iPhone, so you are the one who deletes them:
A backup made before you deleted something keeps what it held until the backup itself is deleted. We hold none of your recordings, so there is nothing for us to delete on request, except support emails (section 10).
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, and whatever you write or attach. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problems you report. We do not share it with anyone except where the law requires. We keep support emails until your question is resolved and then for up to one year, or delete them sooner if you ask.
Noise Meter is for a general audience, can be used without an account, and collects no data from anyone, children included. Parents and guardians can contact us at wecanmakeit.vn@gmail.com with any question.
Everything above applies wherever you live. Where data-protection law such as the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process support emails to answer your request. You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object, and to complain to your local data-protection authority.
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date. If Noise Meter ever gains a feature that sends anything off your iPhone, it will be optional, it will be explained in the app before you use it, and this policy will be updated before it arrives. Noise Meter will never record or send audio.

本ポリシーは、iPhoneアプリ「騒音計」（英語名：Noise Meter。以下「本アプリ」）と、そのロック画面とDynamic Islandへの表示（ライブアクティビティ）、およびサポートのためにお送りいただくメールを対象とします。本アプリはWGroup（以下「運営者」）が提供しており、iOS 17以降で動作します。
本アプリを通じて取得する情報はありません。運営者が、記録、騒音レベル、場所、メモ、補正値、設定を受け取ることはありません。本アプリはアカウントを作らず、送信先となるサーバーもありません。アクセス解析・広告・トラッキングのためのソフトウェアも組み込んでいません。App Storeのプライバシー情報が「データの収集なし」となっているのは、このためです。
運営者が受け取る可能性があるのは、メールでお送りいただいた内容（第10項参照）と、Appleがデベロッパに提供する情報（第8項参照）だけです。なお、「設定」タブの「出典」にあるリンクをタップすると、リンク先の公開資料がSafariで開きます。本アプリ自体が何かを送信することはありません。
本アプリは、音の大きさを測定するためにマイクへのアクセスを求めます。入ってくる音をその場で解析し、計算した数値だけを保存します。保存するのは、1秒ごとの等価騒音レベル（Leq）、最大値、最小値です。音そのものを録音・保存・送信することはありません。
測定中は、iOSがマイクの使用中インジケータを表示します。マイクへのアクセスは、iPhoneの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「マイク」で、いつでもオフにできます。
本アプリのデータはすべてiPhone内のアプリ専用領域に保存され、iOSの暗号化機能で保護されます。
本アプリがこれらをiCloudに同期したり、運営者や第三者に送ったりすることはありません。フル機能を購入済みかどうかは、iOSが管理します（第5項参照）。
フル機能は、AppleのApp Storeを通じて購入する、買い切り（非消耗型）のアプリ内課金です。購入すると、CSV・PDFへの書き出しと、最長12時間のバックグラウンド記録が使えるようになります。測定・履歴・校正・共有カードは、購入してもしなくても無料です。サブスクリプションや無料トライアルはありません。
お支払いの処理はAppleが行うため、本アプリがカードやAppleアカウントの情報を見ることはありません。本アプリがAppleから受け取るのは、フル機能の価格と、購入済みかどうかだけです。購入状況はiOSがiPhoneに保存するため、オフラインでもフル機能を使えます。新しいiPhoneなどでは、「購入を復元」でAppleに確認し直せます。本アプリが通信するのは、価格の表示、購入状況の確認、購入と復元のためにApp Storeとやり取りするときだけです。
共有カードは、記録または「測定」タブの直近数分を、日付・時刻・測定値、測定条件、iPhoneの機種とともにまとめた画像です。場所・グラフ・メモも、オンにしていれば含まれます。「共有…」をタップすると、iOSの共有シートで選んだ送り先に渡されます。「画像を保存」では、写真ライブラリに追加します。このときiOSが写真の追加を許可するか確認しますが、本アプリが写真ライブラリの写真を見ることはありません。
フル機能では、CSVファイルとPDFファイルも同じように共有シートに渡されます。「ファイル」への保存、AirDropやメールでの送信など、送り先はご自身で選べます。PDFには、iPhoneの機種を含む測定条件も記載されます。
iPhoneをiCloudバックアップやパソコンにバックアップしている場合、ほとんどのアプリと同じように、iOSは本アプリの記録もそのバックアップに含めます。バックアップは、iCloudの場合はAppleが、パソコンの場合はご自身が管理するもので、運営者はアクセスできません。
記録中は、ロック画面とDynamic Islandに、現在の騒音レベルと経過時間が表示されます。画面が見える位置にいる人にも、この表示は見えます。表示をやめるには、本アプリの「設定」タブで「ライブアクティビティ」をオフにしてください。
通知を許可した場合、本アプリが通知を使うのは、無料版のバックグラウンド記録が時間の上限に達して停止したことをお知らせするときだけです。通知はiPhoneの中で作られ、サーバーを経由することはありません。
「Appデベロッパと共有」（iPhoneの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「解析および改善」）をオンにしている場合、Appleが本アプリのクラッシュレポートや利用統計を運営者に提供することがあります。これらは本アプリではなくAppleから届くもので、iPhoneの機種、iOSのバージョン、クラッシュ時のアプリの動作状況などの技術的な情報を含みますが、記録の内容は含みません。同じ場所でいつでもオフにできます。またAppleは、ダウンロード数など、個人を特定しないApp Storeの集計値をデベロッパに提供しています。
記録はすべてiPhoneの中にあるので、削除はご自身で行います。
削除する前に作られたバックアップには、そのバックアップを削除するまで、そのときの内容が残ります。運営者は記録を一切保有していないため、ご依頼を受けて削除するものはありません（第10項のサポートメールを除きます）。
メールでお問い合わせいただくと、運営者は、メールアドレス、お名前（メールに表示される場合）、本文および添付ファイルを受け取ります。これらは、お問い合わせへの回答と、ご報告いただいた不具合の修正だけに使います。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。サポートメールは、お問い合わせの解決後、最長1年間保管します。ご希望があれば、それより前に削除します。
本アプリは一般向けのアプリで、アカウントなしで使えます。お子さまを含め、どなたのデータも収集しません。ご質問があれば、保護者の方から wecanmakeit.vn@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーの内容は、お住まいの地域にかかわらず適用されます。EUや英国のGDPRなどのデータ保護法が適用される場合、運営者はサポートメールを、お問い合わせに対応するために取り扱います。利用者は、個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除、取り扱いの制限を求める権利、異議を申し立てる権利、およびお住まいの地域のデータ保護当局に苦情を申し立てる権利を有します。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、新しい最終更新日とともにこのページで公開します。iPhoneの外に情報を送る機能を本アプリに加える場合は、その機能は任意とし、使う前にアプリ内で説明し、機能の提供より前に本ポリシーを更新します。本アプリが音声を録音・送信することは、今後もありません。
