This policy covers the Koedori app for iPhone (声どり in Japanese), including its Share extension and its Lock Screen display (Live Activity), and any email you send us for support. On the App Store in English the app is called “Lecture Recorder: Transcribe”, and on the Home Screen “Lecture Recorder”. Koedori is provided by WGroup (“we”, “us”) and requires iOS 26 or later.
Your notes never reach us. We never receive your recordings, transcripts, note titles, tags, dictionary words or settings. Koedori creates no account, and there is no Koedori server to send anything to.
Some information does leave your iPhone, but only to the companies named here, and only as this policy describes:
What we see of Google’s data is Google’s reports: usage counts and charts across all users (Google Analytics) and ad earnings (AdMob). They contain none of your notes, and we do not try to work out who anyone is from them.
Everything you make with Koedori is stored inside the app’s own storage on your iPhone, protected by the encryption iOS applies to app data. Koedori never sends it to us, to Google or to anyone else:
Koedori’s own Share extension and Lock Screen display use a storage area shared only with the Koedori app. Your notes do not appear in the Files app, and nothing is synced to iCloud by Koedori. Speech models are kept by iOS itself (section 5).
Transcription always runs on your iPhone, with the speech recognition built into iOS 26 (Apple’s SpeechTranscriber), which works on the device. Your audio and text are never sent anywhere to be recognized.
Permissions. Koedori asks for the microphone, to record, and for speech recognition, which iOS requires before any app uses its speech recognition, even on the device. It also shows Apple’s tracking prompt once, for ads only (section 6). You can change each answer at any time in iOS Settings.
Each recognition language needs its speech model on your iPhone. Koedori does not download it itself: when you tap Download next to a language in Settings → Recognition language, iOS downloads that language’s model from Apple, once. Koedori never starts a download by itself.
The download is between your iPhone and Apple, under Apple’s Privacy Policy. No audio, no text and nothing about your notes is sent. iOS stores and manages the models, and they hold none of your data.
Until the model for your recognition language is on your iPhone, a new recording is kept and its note shows Waiting to transcribe; it is transcribed once the model is there.
Likewise, if you import a file that is stored in iCloud Drive or iCloud Photos, iOS first downloads it from your iCloud account. That is iOS fetching your own file; Koedori is not involved in the transfer.
To keep transcription free, Koedori shows ads from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC.
A full-screen ad appears only after you finish something — leaving a note, a completed share or Save to Files — at most once every three such actions and at least five minutes apart, and never while you record. Before the first one, a one-time sheet explains why there are ads. In Settings, Ad-free for 24 hours plays one short video, if you choose to watch it, after which no full-screen ads appear for 24 hours. Koedori asks Google for ads suitable for a general audience only. Without a connection no ad is shown, and nothing ever waits for one.
Koedori hands the ads software nothing of your notes: no audio, no transcripts, no titles, no dictionary words. No ad request it makes carries any of your content.
Google’s ads software, built into Koedori, collects the following from your iPhone to show ads, measure them, and prevent fraud and abuse. The list follows what Google declares for its software, and matches Koedori’s privacy label on the App Store:

Before ads start, Koedori shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, once. If you allow tracking, Google may use your iPhone’s advertising identifier to show ads based on your interests and to measure ads across other companies’ apps and websites; that is why Koedori’s App Store label marks device identifiers, advertising data and product interaction as used for tracking. If you do not allow it, Google does not receive the advertising identifier and the ads are not personalised: they are chosen from context, such as the app they appear in and your approximate location. You can change your answer at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Where the law requires your consent first (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), Google’s consent form may appear before Apple’s prompt. Where it applies to you, Settings also shows Ad privacy choices, to change your answer. Without that consent, Google shows only non-personalised or limited ads there.
The one-time purchase Remove ads (section 8) stops every ad: no ad is loaded or shown, and from the next launch Koedori does not start the ads software at all.
Google handles the data it collects under its own policies: the Google Privacy Policy, and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
To learn which features are used, and so what to improve, Koedori uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service of Google LLC. It is on unless you turn it off.
Only events from a fixed list built into the app, each made of categories and rounded counts. For example: a recording was saved, and its length in a range such as “under 1 minute”; a transcript was exported, and in which format; a recognition language was chosen, and which one; an ad was shown; a Remove ads purchase ended, and how (bought, pending, cancelled or failed). The app has no way to put your words into an event.
With them, Google Analytics collects what it collects in any app: an app-instance ID (a random identifier created for this installation of Koedori), your iPhone model, iOS and app version, language setting, when and for how long the app is used, and a general location, such as country or city, derived from your IP address.
Your audio, transcripts, note titles, file names, tags or dictionary words.
Koedori uses the version of Google Analytics that does not read the advertising identifier, and turns off its collection of the identifier for vendors (IDFV). We do not use usage statistics for tracking, and we do not combine them with data from other companies.
Google Analytics keeps event data for 14 months. The reports built from it show totals, not individual people.
Settings → Advanced → Share usage statistics. When it is off, Koedori stops sending usage statistics at once. Deleting Koedori also deletes its app-instance ID; a new one is created if you install it again.
Google handles this data under Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy.
Remove ads is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, made through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment: Koedori never sees your card or your Apple Account details, and learns from Apple only whether Remove ads is owned. iOS keeps that on your iPhone, so it works offline; Restore purchases in Settings asks Apple again, for example on a new iPhone. Once it is owned, every ad stops. Nothing else is locked: transcription is free and unlimited either way.
How a purchase ended (bought, pending, cancelled or failed) is one of the usage statistics in section 7, unless you have turned them off; the event carries only that outcome. It is why Koedori’s App Store label lists Purchase History, used for analytics.
Copy, Share and Export hand the transcript text (plain text, subtitles in SRT or WebVTT, or Markdown) to wherever you choose. In Export, Save audio saves a copy of the recording to the place you pick in the Files app. Text you copy may appear on your other Apple devices through iOS’s Universal Clipboard.
If you back up your iPhone with iCloud Backup or to a computer, iOS includes Koedori’s recordings and notes in that backup, as it does for most apps. The backup belongs to you and is handled by Apple or kept on your computer; we cannot access it. To leave Koedori out of iCloud Backup, turn Koedori off in the list of apps under Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup (the exact path depends on your iOS version). Moving to a new iPhone with Quick Start transfers the data the same way.
While you record with live transcription on, the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island show the time and the most recent line of text. Anyone who can see your screen can read it. To turn this off: Settings → Advanced → Show on Lock Screen (Live Activity).
If you have turned on Share With App Developers (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may give us crash reports and usage statistics for Koedori. They come from Apple, not from Koedori, and contain technical details such as your iPhone model, iOS version and what the app was doing when it crashed — not your recordings or transcripts. You can turn this off at any time in the same place. Apple also gives developers aggregated App Store figures such as download counts, which do not identify you.
Your notes are on your iPhone, so you are the one who deletes them:
A backup made before you deleted something keeps what it held until the backup itself is deleted.
One exception in version 1.0: if you cancel an import before it becomes a note, the copy Koedori made of the file stays in the app’s storage on your iPhone until you delete the app. We will change this in an update.
Usage statistics and ads data are held by Google and tied to an app-instance ID or a device identifier, not to your name, so we have no way to find one person’s data on request. To stop them: turn off Share usage statistics (section 7), turn off tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or buy Remove ads. Usage statistics expire after 14 months. For ads data, Google’s Privacy Policy describes your choices.
We hold none of your notes or recordings, so there is nothing for us to delete on request — except support emails (section 12).
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, and whatever you write or attach. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problems you report. We do not share it with anyone except where the law requires. We keep support emails until your question is resolved and then for up to one year, or delete them sooner if you ask. Please do not send recordings unless we ask and you agree.
Koedori is for a general audience and can be used without an account. It asks Google for ads suitable for a general audience only, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians can turn off tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and usage statistics in Koedori’s Settings → Advanced, and can contact us at wecanmakeit.vn@gmail.com with any question.
Everything above applies wherever you live. Where data-protection law such as the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process support emails to answer your request, and usage statistics for our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the app; you can object to usage statistics at any time by turning off Share usage statistics. Personalised ads depend on your answers to Google’s consent form, where it is shown, and to Apple’s tracking prompt. You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Data handled by Google may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates.
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date. If Koedori ever gains a feature that sends your text, or anything else from your notes, off your iPhone, it will be optional, it will be explained in the app before you use it, and this policy will be updated before it arrives. Koedori will never send your audio.

アクセス許可について。声どりが求めるアクセス許可は、録音に使うマイクと、音声認識です。音声認識は端末の中だけで行いますが、iOS の音声認識を使うアプリには、この許可が必要です。また、広告のためだけに、トラッキングの許可を求める Apple の確認画面を一度だけ表示します（6 を参照）。どの許可も、iOS の設定でいつでも変更できます。
文字起こしには、言語ごとの音声認識モデルが iPhone に入っている必要があります。モデルは声どり自身がダウンロードするのではありません。設定 →「認識する言語」で言語の横の「ダウンロード」をタップすると、iOS がその言語のモデルを Apple から一度だけダウンロードします。声どりが自動でダウンロードを始めることはありません。
このダウンロードは iPhone と Apple の間の通信で、Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。音声やテキスト、ノートに関する情報は送りません。モデルは iOS が保存・管理するもので、あなたのデータは含まれません。
認識する言語のモデルがまだ iPhone にない間に録音すると、録音は保存され、ノートには「文字起こし待ち」と表示されます。モデルが入ると、文字起こしされます。
同じように、iCloud Drive や iCloud 写真にあるファイルを読み込むと、iOS がまずあなたの iCloud からそのファイルをダウンロードします。これは iOS があなた自身のファイルを取得するもので、声どりはその通信に関わりません。
文字起こしを無料のまま提供するため、声どりには Google LLC のサービスである Google AdMob の広告が表示されます。
全画面の広告が表示されるのは、ノートを閉じたとき、共有を終えたとき、「ファイルに保存」をしたときなど、操作を終えたあとだけです。表示は多くてもこうした操作 3 回に 1 回、間隔は 5 分以上で、録音中に表示されることはありません。最初の広告の前に一度だけ、広告について説明する画面が表示されます。設定の「24時間 広告なし」で、見たいときに短い動画を 1 本見ると、その後 24 時間は全画面の広告が表示されません。声どりが Google に求めるのは、一般向け（全年齢）の広告だけです。インターネットに接続していないときは広告は表示されず、広告のために待たされることもありません。
声どりは、ノートの内容を広告のソフトウェアに一切渡しません。音声、文字起こし、タイトル、辞書の単語は渡らず、声どりが出す広告のリクエストに、あなたのコンテンツが含まれることはありません。
声どりに組み込まれた Google の広告ソフトウェアは、広告の表示と効果の測定、不正の防止のために、iPhone から次の情報を収集します。この一覧は Google が自社のソフトウェアについて公表している内容に基づくもので、App Store に掲載している声どりのプライバシー情報と一致しています。

広告が始まる前に一度だけ、声どりはトラッキングの許可を求める Apple の確認画面（App Tracking Transparency）を表示します。許可すると、Google は iPhone の広告識別子を使って、興味・関心に合った広告を表示したり、ほかの会社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで広告の効果を測定したりすることがあります。そのため App Store のプライバシー情報では、デバイス ID、広告データ、製品の操作を「トラッキングに使用」としています。許可しない場合、Google は広告識別子を受け取らず、広告はパーソナライズされません。広告は、表示されるアプリやおおまかな地域など、その場の情報をもとに選ばれます。iOS の 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング で、いつでも変更できます。
法律で事前の同意が必要な地域（欧州経済領域や英国など）では、Apple の確認画面の前に Google の同意画面が表示されることがあります。その場合は、設定に「広告のプライバシー設定」が表示され、そこで選択を変更できます。同意がない場合、その地域では Google はパーソナライズされない広告か、制限付きの広告だけを表示します。

どの機能が使われているかを知り、改善に役立てるため、声どりは Google LLC のサービスである Google Analytics for Firebase を使っています。オフにしない限り、オンになっています。

「広告を削除」は、Apple の App Store を通じて購入する、買い切り（非消耗型）のアプリ内課金です。支払いは Apple が行い、声どりがカードや Apple アカウントの情報を見ることはありません。声どりが Apple から受け取るのは、「広告を削除」を購入済みかどうかだけです。この情報は iOS が iPhone に保存するので、オフラインでも有効です。新しい iPhone などでは、設定の「購入を復元」で Apple に確認し直せます。購入すると、すべての広告が止まります。ほかに制限される機能はなく、文字起こしは購入してもしなくても無料・無制限です。
購入がどう終わったか（購入済み・承認待ち・キャンセル・失敗）は、7 の利用状況データのひとつとして送信されます（オフにしている場合を除きます）。送られるのは、その結果だけです。App Store のプライバシー情報で「購入履歴」（分析に使用）としているのは、このためです。
「コピー」「共有」「書き出し」は、文字起こしのテキスト（プレーンテキスト、SRT または WebVTT の字幕、Markdown）を、あなたが選んだ先に渡します。「書き出し」の「音声を保存」では、録音のコピーを「ファイル」アプリの、あなたが選んだ場所に保存します。コピーしたテキストは、iOS の「ユニバーサルクリップボード」によってあなたのほかの Apple デバイスにも表示されることがあります。
iPhone を iCloud バックアップやパソコンにバックアップしている場合、ほとんどのアプリと同じように、iOS は声どりの録音とノートもそのバックアップに含めます。バックアップはあなたのもので、Apple が管理するか、あなたのパソコンに保存されます。運営者はアクセスできません。声どりを iCloud バックアップから外すには、設定 → ［あなたの名前］→ iCloud → iCloud バックアップ のアプリ一覧で声どりをオフにしてください（正確な場所は iOS のバージョンによって異なります）。「クイックスタート」で新しい iPhone に移行した場合も、同じようにデータが移ります。
リアルタイム文字起こしをオンにして録音している間、ロック画面と Dynamic Island には経過時間と直近の一文が表示されます。画面が見える人は誰でも読めます。表示をやめるには：設定 → 詳細設定 → ロック画面に表示 をオフにしてください。
「App デベロッパと共有」（iOS の 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 解析および改善）をオンにしている場合、Apple が声どりのクラッシュレポートや利用統計を運営者に提供することがあります。これらは声どりではなく Apple から届くもので、iPhone の機種、iOS のバージョン、クラッシュしたときにアプリが何をしていたかといった技術的な情報を含みますが、録音や文字起こしは含みません。同じ場所でいつでもオフにできます。また Apple は、ダウンロード数など、個人を特定しない App Store の集計値をデベロッパに提供しています。
ノートはすべて iPhone の中にあるので、削除はあなたご自身が行います。
削除する前に作られたバックアップには、そのバックアップを削除するまで、そのときの内容が残ります。
バージョン 1.0 の例外：読み込みをノートになる前に取り消した場合、声どりが作ったファイルのコピーは、アプリを削除するまで iPhone のアプリの保存領域に残ります。アップデートで変更します。
利用状況データと広告のデータは Google が保有し、お名前ではなく、アプリのインスタンス ID や端末の識別子に結び付いています。そのため運営者には、特定の方のデータを探し出す方法がありません。送信を止めるには、「利用状況データを共有」をオフにする（7 を参照）、iOS の 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング で許可をオフにする、または「広告を削除」を購入してください。利用状況データは 14 か月で削除されます。広告のデータについての選択肢は、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
運営者はあなたのノートや録音を一切保有していないため、ご依頼を受けて削除するものはありません（12 のサポートメールを除きます）。
メールでお問い合わせいただくと、運営者はあなたのメールアドレス、メールに表示されていればお名前、そして書かれた内容や添付ファイルを受け取ります。これらは、お問い合わせへの回答と、ご報告いただいた不具合の修正だけに使います。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。サポートメールは、お問い合わせが解決するまでと、その後最長 1 年間保管し、ご希望があればそれより前に削除します。こちらからお願いし、ご同意いただいた場合を除き、録音は送らないでください。
声どりは一般向けのアプリで、アカウントなしで使えます。Google には一般向け（全年齢）の広告だけを求めており、運営者がお子さまの個人情報を意図して収集することはありません。保護者の方は、iOS の 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング でトラッキングを、声どりの 設定 → 詳細設定 で利用状況データの送信を、それぞれオフにできます。ご質問があれば wecanmakeit.vn@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
このポリシーの内容は、お住まいの地域にかかわらず適用されます。EU や英国の GDPR などのデータ保護法が適用される場合、運営者は、サポートメールをお問い合わせに対応するために、利用状況データをアプリの使われ方を知り改善するという正当な利益のために取り扱います。利用状況データには、「利用状況データを共有」をオフにすることで、いつでも異議を申し立てられます。広告のパーソナライズは、Google の同意画面（表示される場合）と、Apple のトラッキングの確認画面でのあなたの選択に従います。あなたには、個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除、取り扱いの制限を求める権利、異議を申し立てる権利、そしてお住まいの地域のデータ保護当局に苦情を申し立てる権利があります。Google が取り扱うデータは、米国など Google が事業を行う国に移転され、そこで処理されることがあります。
このポリシーを変更する場合は、新しい最終更新日とともにこのページで公開します。テキストなど、ノートの内容を iPhone の外に送る機能を声どりに加える場合は、その機能は任意とし、使う前にアプリ内で説明し、機能の提供より前にこのポリシーを更新します。音声を送ることはありません。
